1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
For orders below ₹999 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal delivery charge may apply depending on location and weight.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes across India.
- Please ensure you have the exact payment amount ready at delivery.
- Refusal of COD orders without valid reasons may result in account restrictions on future purchases.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing:
- Your tracking number
- The courier partner’s name
- A tracking link to monitor delivery progress in real time
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
We work only with trusted courier partners. However, in rare cases:
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us for assistance.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement after courier verification.
7. International Shipping
Currently, TruboGiga Power Bank ships only within India.
We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.
